Sometimes you just have to drill.
Drilling is usally required when our customers need a small hole in heavy plate. Two advantages of drilling verses perforating are the ability to produce a straight through hole and to reduce the internal stress within the material which decreases the amount of product distortion. No matter how simple or how complex the hole pattern, our new CNC Mill machine is capable of providing you with the product you are looking for. Our hole sizes range from .020" to 2" with multi-drilling capabilities up to 3/8".
